The "stray dog" problem in small municipalities

After the incident in Mehmetcik Municipality, we have all seen how serious the "stray dog" problem in small municipalities is.

For the last week, we have been seeing complaints of dogs from different municipalities that are increasing uncontrollably.

As municipalities, it is necessary to make a restriction. Nobody expects miracles from the municipalities.

They can agree with the veterinarian in each municipality district. Can start a campaign. It can be found in calls to the people of the area. It can impose warnings and penalties to prevent owner dogs from going blank

We, as volunteers, are ready to support, but the municipalities have to put their hands under the stone.

Are there any attempts to sterilize? Is feeding given to hungry dogs? We understand that there is no budget for the shelter, but it is not possible by doing nothing and just waiting.
